According to Discogs, this is a bootleg of a 1973 double LP originally released to commemorate the closure of a club in Tokyo called Oz. It includes live material from Miyako Ochi, the Acid Seven, Minami Masato, Taj Mahal Travelers, and Les Rallizes Denudes, which makes for a pretty gnarly blend of raucous garage tunes, meandering jap folk confessions, and epic psychedelic journeys. Something for everyone ;-).
