Walk alone, you'll find an endless pathway...


Released in 1969 when the sisters were 17 and 13 respectively, this album was produced by Gary McFarland, who co-owned a record label with Cal Tjader and Gábor Szabó (as seen below). Kinda sounds like a creepy, stripped-down Stereolab album. There are some really haunting subjects in here, I’m not sure why these kids were singing about them. McFarland was murdered in a New York bar two years after its release, though, so there must have been some bad karma floating around during its recording.
