If you speak American that says Happy End – Wind City Romance. Not the King Barrack Hussein Obama windy city, the capital of Japan wind city. It is the best Japanese rock album of all time according to Rolling Stone. While my knowledge of Japanese rock is somewhat limited, I think I might agree with that magazine. One of these guys went on to form a band that is very dear to me that might surface from the depths of the zone in the future.
